Nice video! Great skiing shots. I like the hold down device on the router table to hold the ski down too.

Haha nice. That router table looks quite a bit like the one I did, same principal anyway...my router is still the devil though...the router dropped down in it's bracket on the last board, putting the bearing below the edge for a second before I saw the sparks. The devil! There's SO many different ways to do things it just makes me nuts sometimes.

there are almost as many ways to do things as there are to stuff them up!

Folsom surely need to go double wide in their pressing. They make 200 pairs a year. Double wide would have to save at least 20% time? (prep, layup and finish the same, but one pressing would save at least 30 minutes per pair. Also only cleaning the cassette once per pair etc.). Either make more pairs a year and therefore more $, or otherwise still make 200 pairs and have more time to go shred.
