My blanket project,

nichrome 0.6mm 3.88 OM - 14m - it's aprox 1kw
botom triaxial with mat
top biax
silicon shore A60, 1kg was little not enough.. you can see some spots on pictures, 1.5 kg would be nice
budget: blanket around 70euro, temperature control 110euro
I press blanket when silicon hardens between wood panel in my press with 4bar presure
finally bottom side with mat looks very well, blanket work perfect, I made one board already!
Thanks all

I'm going to bring single phase 220v sometime soon to garage. I want to bring right gauge wire for future blankets as well. What in an average blankets draw Amp/Watt?
