Yeah, but the shop keeps growing in our barn, first it was just the back under the loft, but it's now eating into the main part where the work truck is kept. if this ski building keeps going like this it might just overtake the whole barn!

Hi SCCSkis,

Nice workshop and it looks like you guys have been busy. That's an interesting way to determine flex. Are you measuring the delta change or absolute value? How do you compensate for warpage? Usually after I rip my boards into strips and leave them for a few days they tend to warp.

We've been just testing the flex with comparison to other strips. While many boards tend to warp, i've been measuring the median between the natural camber and opposite. its really just a way that we can try to get two skis as similar to each other as we can, we will use the natural camber of the strips to our advantage, but once we finish fabricating the core, each warped strip is pretty much taken care of.
