I assumed the carbon would shrink and pull but it seems it has the opposite effect. Put the carbon on the bottom and let it push the core into the spoon shape. Im going to build mine this weekend so stay tuned.

heating from teh top cause the top to cure first and shrinking and cupping teh board?
