Vectorply 22oz Group Buy

Post by skimann20 »

Hey Gang.
I'm thinking about buying an entire roll but I have no need for that much glass. They are offering to split it up but I'm thinking about not having it slit. I would just sell it off by the yard at 50" wide. So basically every 2 yards would be enough for 2 skis at 6.25" wide strips. Gives you more flexibility. If you're interested please let me know.
cheers.

Sorry Vin,
A roll is 106yards, 50" wide and I should have a quote tomorrow. Not really looking to make a profit off of it, just thought I'd save us some clam. If I remember correctly it should be under $10 a yard at 50" wide. So well under:

I'll ship it the cheapest way I can find if need be.

I'd be down for having them cut it to 12.5". At 12.5" I'd go in for 80m or 20m of 50".

sounds good vin. if it gets sliced it has to be for the full 106yards. i really don't want to deal with "extra pieces" if you take 80yards then I have to find somone that wants the other 26yrds. That's why keeping it at 50" is just easier. Plus measuring out 80m (88yrds) might be one heck of task. ;-)

I didn't see you started separate thread on group buy. you buying it locally or it have to be shipped in?
if I buy in it have to be 6" cut off or the full roll.
I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.

Hey Hegan,
I haven't yet. I was waiting to see if anyone else was "interested". Its a ton of cash up front and I don't want to be stuck with enough material to make 80 pair… ;-)
