Bad news: they can only produce large diameter hoses up to 500mm. I need at least 4-5 times that much.

I can get single jacket rubber hose here in Canada that has a working pressure of 100psi. It lays flat at 19.3 inches. It is rated for direct contact
of temps up to 130f (not 180f,but not in direct contact either while pressing).

A 10 foot section costs $210. I have been doing heavy hunting, this is the best deal out there.

The company is called Neidner, and they are based out of Montreal. The hose is called anaconda. It is made for the oil and gas industry.

Before settling for something smaller, I will try making a small test hoses out of cordura. I think the PU resin I have could be a good adhesive and sealant for the hose.
