FS 6" Red Rubber Fire Hose

Post by gofreeride »

Excess hose ordered from firehosedirect. I have a 16' continuous piece left, I'm asking $90+shipping for the whole piece, or $50+shipping for 8'. I've cycled the bladder I made 15+ times now (50psi, 45 min ramp to 350F, and 2 hour soak at 350F) with no issue. The skin of the hose does have some ridges, so I use a 2mm sheet of silicone rubber to avoid print through and that works pretty well. I'll be mailing from 99709 if you want to calculate shipping.

The rest is taken from the website I ordered from:
Our uncoupled 6 inch inside diameter rubber covered lay flat hose is a synthetic, single-jacket hose with a nitrile/PVC rubber lining and cover. The outside jacket offers superior resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, gasoline and ozone. Meets NFPA 1961 standards. All weather performance from -36F to 1200F. Width when flat approximately 9.5", 225 PSI service pressure, 450 PSI test pressure, 675 PSI burst pressure.
