If you are in Alaska and want to build skis here is a ready to go setup.
The press- Steel I beam press 16" wide. MEI dual heat pads. Dual PID heat controller all 220V. Mold set up for 185 skis currently. Aluminum cat track. 8" fire hose with air regulator.
Supplies- Epoxy, fiberglass, edge, green base, red base, blue base, white pbt top sheet, clear nylon top sheet, VDS, tip fill, a few core sets and and and.... Enough supplies to build ten pairs of skis or more. $4000 and its yours.
