Ski building equipment feeler- Salt Lake City

Post by originskis »

Hi all-

For a couple of years, my small custom label, Origin Skis, has been building customs in Salt Lake for mostly friends and family.

I'm attending school in Salt Lake, and have decided that I need to put the ski building plans on hold for awhile.

I'm SELLING my equipment, hopefully to someone local that would get good use out of it.

I have:
- A heated I-beam pneumatic press– super nice, this one is my pride and joy. Built like the happy monkey press with a stand and some other modifications. Pressing skis with this is a breeze.
- Some templates, hand tools, and larger tools like a planer, reciprocating belt sander, routers, table saw, etc.
- Lots of shop supplies, benches, and miscellaneous stuff.

Not looking to profit off of my investment, but I think somewhere around $3000 is fair for the press. Willing to negotiate.

If you're in Salt Lake, hit me up at hans(at)originskis(dot)com.

We talked last year in regards to your press. Can you refresh my memory on the width? I remember it being a bit too narrow for me. Thanks!
