this time i stand for a change ... bay a new core profiler - my old system is this like dan graf . ( 2 line rail with a milling machine )

I think a deewalt Dw 733 ore a metabo thikness coreprofiling machine works well , but more than 700 euro ... is havy ....
what is a god work tool with not more than 500 euro ????

This is small wood-mizer. We want to make some kiteboards cores in bigger ones.Standard cut on strips is not precision.

sorry no idea what you are saying.

That works as a core profiling method.
That is core profiling with a bandsaw.

Wood-mizer is a small portable saw mill for cutting logs into lumber.
The small band saw in the picture is like a tiny version.
I don't know how accurate it would be as lumber from the mill is pretty rough and has to be planed.
But if you were planning on cutting trees into cores it would be the ticket 8)

this saw are for my projekt to small my cores are 315mm wide .
yesterday a mill a core only the middel thikness 8,0 mm i work 2 hours...
1 hour milling 1 hour cleaning the room :x
a wood worker make it in 5 min - because the machinepark is to expensive.....
