ditto! Nice grind. Good edge fit, is that on a hand made ski? Looks professional!

skidesmont thanks, only base side really. top has a brutal plain fg finish as i tried to keep them light

i ll try brushing some woodfloor wax on to avoid snow buildup on them
snow is so much heavier than top sheets
my niece made the graphics
btw i hated skis -they are more than double the pain than snowboards

It is very liberating being able to grind your own bases, isn't it

i d never would imagine that, its allmost addictive
all that work & time and then in 5 min there s this huge change going on infront of you from raw to finished...

Small footprint, with autofeed... add to cart!!!

How wide is the belt, it looks a little on the narrow side. The autofeed looks really nice though.

charge 14$ the grind, do 93 pairs, then sell it, buy a wider one and do some snowboards
charge more for them

anyway, it looks as it is in good condition

hey Richuk, not even close to your builds
sister skied them yesterday
happy with the flex and everything
her last pair was a 160 bandit XX (men -not ladies version) so kind of stiff for her weight. these have a softer tip, tail is stiffer, but overall the ski is softer than the XX. i didnt rout the wide ash sidewall to keep as much the torsional rigidity, wall is just sanded with ~2deg bevel for edge filing

I say go for it if you have the cash, as long as its single phase power. I see a foot pedal, presumably for autofeed raising? 6" wide will be fine for everything but the fattest powder boards (my powder skis are 150mm at the nose which is just under 6", would be tight).

Ah yes, I got tipped off as well this past week while staying with some friends in Bozangles. From what I got out of asking about it, it hasn't been used that much. $700 is a helluva price, but the width is still limiting...
