cheap parts in the US

basically I have all the tools to make the skis and am still unsure about a design, but I need to get all the stuff for the skis themselves. Is there any good places to start? I also need a checklist to find the stuff I need. I think I need wood, epoxy, and a top base of some sort is this all?
