It's in this post:

I still use it but I'm only doing 3/4 wraps right now so it works ok. If I go back to full wraps I'd make one like Twizzstyles, or have one made.

Brazen: that vid was awesome! So impressive!

I just bought parts to make a washer edge bender. Some 5/8 washers and some machine bushings( thin washers with bigger holes) fit the edge tanga just perfectly. I'll put them together and mount them on some MDF or something.

I have been using the washer method and it is better then hand bending but you don't get those smooth professional looking edges. I have issues with the teeth getting bent up and blocky looking edges. I still have to hand bend alot. Its a time consuming PITA.

how about to use slip roller? All modifications needed with grinder make the groove. You can buy one for $120. Probably you can find cheaper on craigslist or local used machine shop dealer. Also can be used to roll basis with edges and cassettes.

i use the same technique like twizzstyle, but built with washers which was a lot cheaper than having aluminum stock machined.
the most important thing imho it to get the grooves right. to achive this i took a small piece of edge cut off the tabs and superglued them to one of the washers. same thing for the outer part of the edge. and voilá: perfect grooves to fit my edges. :D

Very strange... I see some string, and it's up high on a wall? Weird. Looks like they're just doing constant radius tips though, that's easy.

I got material to make a few sets of rollers for folks a while ago, started working on them a little but its actually surprisingly harder than I thought to just cut some simple slots (accurately) this thin on the lathe. And then I got distracted by another project (homemade gas turbine engine).

I'll try to take another stab at the rollers soon.
