Best way to profile sidewall/bit

Post by Brainstormbuildteam »

So we previously glued the sidewall on before profiling but for production we just attaching sidewall in lay up and need to A) profile the sidewall in a wide strip before cutting B) have to cut it to about a .05mm tolerance

We had half a sheet of sidewall we profiled half of and then tried to cut but we were getting a 1mm flux throughout the strip and it was due to the whole sheet being warped which may be due to its been in the shop a little to long or its heating up and warping during the routing process. Any input would be awesome!

Also we just got a new table saw blade that is specific to the material which we haven't tried yet
