hy guys,
today i was at my frends lab and he told me about some polyurethane elastomer rencast 6414 that is possible to replace edges with this kind of extremly durable "plastic" :?
anyone knows something about this

We use ren cast pretty often at my shop and I don not think this will work for an edge application. This material is used for foundry pattern tools in the die cast industry. Yes it is tough but I don't think it has the flexibility or wear that steel will give you.
