so up in the north east we got one decent storm with about 10 inches.. for the first powder run of the year i was willing to risk a few core shots, so i took the Snake Dogs out poachin ropes.. this was the first time i had ever skied a fat ski in powder and wow does it make a difference.. they float and turn quick turns with no problem. the skis over all are fairly soft not bad but soft for sure.
after about 5 days of skiing they are holding up fine except for on one of the tips the edge was lifting a little right at the end. so i epoxyd and clamped it. i think itll hold.
this summer im planning on making many more pairs.. a park ski, slalom ski, and possibly an spatula like ski.
