Was a good few hours of work. 25 horse power resaw, and still a challenge for the snowboards cores.

Finally dropped the hammer on the new bladder. Finish bolting it up on Saturday hopefully. Lays flat at 19.5 inches.nice thick braided jacket rated for a 100psi working pressure. The future looks spooned;~].

New base. I'm fired up.

Couple cores ready. Started flashing these on the bandsaw, so I can can do the rabbet. Have not up to this point. People are interested in purchasing stuff this year, so figured it a must. Flat skis aside, Even for the fact that grinding will be less time, it's worth it.

Nice base colors. And the bladder looks like real monster. Like your approach ;)

The guy who made it just asked I don't post it anywhere for public as he's trying to put it in a short filmfest

Great video! Awesome to see a town get behind a local business, especially ski building. Good luck with the filmfest!

Took forever to get the donek knife dialed, but at the end of 4 days of living at the cnc table I had 130 bases cut in 6 colors with 3 different logo combinations
