Help Needed: Workspace in Salt Lake City

Post by Grizzly Adams »

I'm planning on living in Salt Lake this summer and ended up with an unexpected month and a half at the beginning of this summer with which to build skis. The place I'm staying, however, doesn't have a garage or any place to build. I've done some exploring online for storage units or empty workspace, but it has been tough to find and generally expensive. I'm hauling all my equipment out from the EC in my old, trusty van Phyllis but I still need a place to build.

Is there anyone out there in the SLC area that would be willing to let me use their workshop? Or perhaps any suggestions as to where I ought to look? I'd be glad to throw you a case of beer or two for any assistance or insight you can provide!

fyi, found a great spot via TGR forums. If anyone wants to get in on some builds this summer, drop me a PM.
