Need Base Material

I'm trying to use more environmentally friendly materials for my skis. For the top parts of the ski I plan to use all wood, and hemp for composite sheet with a bio epoxy, but haven't found much for base material in recycled or bio-plastic form so I have been thinking of using reclaimed base material. If any one has scraps or left over base material that I could puzzle together that would be awesome, the widest point of my skis will be 145mm, thanks guys. take it easy
