Great video !
Same question as Chrismp :p
Also, maybe it's because I'm tired but do you really put 2 layers of tipspacer (a white one + a green one) ?

Thanks for the feedback.
-that was the second lay up in the press, previously I was a vac-man.
-the glass was from sbm
-yes, two tipspacers were used, the cores were salvaged after a planer attack and had to be cut way back, but two pieces of fill matched perfectly.
-both boards have cat track impressions.....I'm thinking too much pressure and too thin of a cassette material. Next time....

Was it the pre-cured pre-tensioned stuff with carbon? Cause I just ordered some of that to try on skis, didn't realize the carbon was only down the middle (I was going to split it in half to use on two skis)

Nope. Its the 20 oz. triax w/ carbon stringers (12.5in.). He also has some 14in. "with more carbon stringers"...
If you don't end up using the precured stuff I know a guy who might buy it.

I thought I saw some cat track impressions in the video, but was too impressed to show any criticism! I have used 1mm aluminium with some 3mm MDF on top of that. 50psi without any indentation. Others I have seen use masonite (is that the same as hardboard?). Basically the dark brown sheet that is really smooth and shiny on one side and textured on the other.
