4kw is what u want to get to 180c so gotta be 220v
Yes it works. .25 steel and .25 al x 2.
I didnt use any insulation but cement board is used by some.
Mdf would be smokey and it falls apart as some have said.

40 secs at 180 c gave good results on the nylon.
