I will try to describe this material as I can.
In itself material white (but it is visible also other colors happen). Firm but ABS is firmer. Flexibility same. By close consideration it is possible to see a small time (structure) - a time less than at plaster.
Has tried to make a break photo at a short distance - but on a photo of plastic arts it is similar to polyfoam. It not so actually.
At a cut the mill of a time doesn't visible. At a cut a saw (jigsaw) - it is appreciable.

Total gaper question but what is meant by this?
are they not all vert in a sandwich?
In the vid you see him rout them back to a bevel making them less vertical?

People ask me if I make vertical sidewall skis and I say, sandwich, yes.
How could I not know this detail?

Hmmmm, I like where you're going with this.

I love the broken english, makes it fun to read and decipher, and I love that ski-building is so international. LOVE the video!
