hint: make your diecut graphics so that when cut, they are as few pieces as possible.
The red die cut is 8 pieces total.
Aside from making it manageable to assemble, it keeps the price down.
So far after ordering materials, shipping, cutting, assembling, shipping back, it's still less $$$ than a subbed base

So these are the first of boards where almost all of the work was done by us.
Except for graphics, and a core blank.
I milled the core profile and shape, milled the sidewalls, tip fill, etc on our machine. All the parts fit exact. More precise than what I was getting from other folks. Feels good

falls, thanks, that one started out just as a joke.
Just got a new topsheet graphic done (i finally gave up the graphics to someone with skills )
and it's going to blow minds .
Because we all know graphics are everything
The topsheet graphic in the one above:
team rider Matt Behre made the background on his floor with a bunch of paint color swatches and glue.
I had a photographer digitize it. It originally had skulls but i discovered they were someone elses work. The sheep head backgrounds are from nasa public release photographs. The effects around the heads and words was a result of me trying out every single filter effect in inkscape. Lots of really cool ones!!!
