Lassen Volcanic National Park

So, did they work, and how were they? Show everyone proof that your ride was a success (or even a complete failure)!

Lassen Volcanic National Park

Post by Dr. Delam »

The snow is melting quickly as we enter the summer months but there is still some great volcano skiing to be had in California.

Lassen served up some excellent corn today. We were able to get a couple laps in and 4000 vert or so before temps got too warm.

We skied an east facing aspect off of Lassen Peak followed by some touring around up to Eagle Peak.

I hate to say it but this could be my last skiing for awhile. Time to get back to building skis.
