Any big surprises in the works? New materials? Funky designs?

4 new core profiler jigs. Cnc'ed for excellent result! Three of them has -1mm(+1mm on the core) in the back/tail.
Eg. on the core the tip will be(if decided) 2mm and tail 3mm.

Nice Jigs! What's the black material on them? Are you doing each core individually rather than planing both at once?

It looks like grip tape for a skate board.

It's used "band sand paper" from the "long band sander"(I dont know the name in english). The planer doesn't take two at once, only 250mm wide.
I just have to be careful at the end of the pass.

First press for the season. Missed on the top sheet, but as a ski they will probably "kick ass"! Firm is a key word here...

Love the skis but that is a peculiar name to say the least...

It's a quibble with Völkl's "Race Tiger". I thought "Race Kitten" was too lame..
