remember the powder bounce?
we all took our old long alpine skis set them up for tele and the bounce gave back a nice spring up out of the snow --- it was like falling down the mountain from minitramp to next minitramp and little effort if correct pitch and depth/density
is it just the small support underfoot that allows the foot to go deep or is a longer ski needed as well?
are the designers of shorter fat skis missing out on some of" that feeling to make the skis easier to use "
or is it that i have not gotten a hold of the right combo?
so far i have loved the wide skis but miss the bounce on these models
