fiberglass thickness

i am new at ski building, and i was looking online for fiberglass. it seems as though they come in different ounces. for instance, there were 6, 10, and 38 ounces. which should i buy?

we've been using 22oz. triaxial fiberglass for all of our skis. so far it seems to work well.

I thought of making a new topic on this subject. We're having a hard time finding ou how much 22 oz is in gr/m2. If it's convertible. If somebody can help us that would be great!

If I did my math right 22oz/sq.yd=744gms/m^2

A quick conversion is to multiply by 34 to get gm/m^2
