What do you all think of CADTools by Hot Door ?

Since SnoCad may be out of the option? I've been looking at other software that is reasonably cheap.Does this look like it could get the job done?https://www.hotdoor.com/cadtools/overview
It's a complete CAD plug-in solution for Adobe Illustrator.
I'm just getting into CAD now and don't know all the lingo and jargon.
Can you see any issues there may be with this software?Or suggest another for less then $300
