How are you doing it on an A4 printer? The printing width is only 200mm wide. Even A3 print width would be a pretty narrow board.
How wide is the board in the pics above?
By the way, some of the coolest graphics I've seen on a board, even the likes of Burton and K2 would be proud of those, well done.
