Are you guys confident this will not burn slowly?

Hm, your heat wire is crossing insulation on main 220V.
There is one long narrow strip (2x30 cm) of heat resistant silicone below that main wire. This rubber is made to work on temperature up to 240 celsius degrees. There are not any troubles until now.
