Moving to Portland. Anyone there??

Hey all! Been having to take a hiatus while I was on a temporary assignment for work, but about to be moving out to Portland, OR, so I am going to get everything started back up again. Was wondering if any of you are out in the PDX area? I am toying with the idea of setting up shop in a shared shop space, but was hoping to track down some other builders in the area to see if there are any horror stories, or if they had any better ideas...
