a cnc router for making profiles etc

does anone here use a cnc router to cut parts for the ski mold, profiles, etc? I have been thinking that I should make one since I have a small Sherline cnc mill already. more tools the better

I have everything CNC'd except bases...def. the way to go if you dont have woodworking skills like me

how big of a machine do you use?
