I think as wide as isosport makes the nylon is 35cm.
You should try the 50/50 tpu pe from crown. They make it wide. Its very clear and easy to form and durable enought for watersports.

I use stainless inserts. All kinds of barrel heights. 21-23 cents each if bought in the thousands.
