Boulder Colorado - need space for ski press and CNC

I am a ski tuner in Boulder Co and over the past three seasons I have pieced together a ski press and CNC mill. Now that I have things up and running my landlord wants his garage back for his own business.
I am looking for somewhere in the boulder region to work out of - garage, barn, shed ... I dont care. I can only do about 300ish for rent but I am willing to do work trade or share my tools.
