Great advice on the sidewalls, i'll go that route next time for sure... Not sure why I was trying to make it harder than it needed to be

Is it polykarbo plastic or ? I have 2 mm polykarbo-plastic, I think it is too soft with support system you have.
I believe it was .25 inch (~6.3mm) thick acrylic sheet from home depot...

It was surprisingly stiff, and I didn't notice any sagging between ribs. I heated it up a bit as I clamped it to the mold because it felt like I was flexing it too much during installation.

No, It is with Vacuum.

My setup used the V2 auto-cycling venturi vacuum press kit from 'vaneersupplies.com' that runs off the pressurized air from a small air compressor.
