Well I'm sorry to see this day come, but all my ski building equipment and supplies are going for sale.
- I-Beam style ski press, heated top and bottom, built in layup table
- A couple of adjustable length molds
-Older, but complete, Montana stone grinder (needs a few hoses),
-Planer core profiler
- Enough 4001 base, edges, tip spacer, and fiberglass for 20+ pair of skis
- Some QCM epoxy
- a few ski profile jigs
- some random top sheet, maybe three pair
- extra fire hose
maybe some other random stuff, but I will have to look.
Located in Victor, Idaho at the base of the Tetons.
Here is a link to a dropbox folder with pictures. I will add anything else I find to it. Asking $5,900 obo. for everything.

Press Cavity is 100" wide to start of I Beam Spacer, 10 1/4" high
Overall Press is 10' long to the outside
All Grade 8 Bolts and tack welded, it is also on large casters and moves around well.
Everything works.
I typically would press at 180F, and 55-60 psi. I have pressed at higher pressures, but decided I didn't think it was needed.
Bases have been fine by my standards, but I haven't seen a lot of other skis straight out of the press to compare to.
I may consider selling the press separate if I have someone else that wants materials. Which someone contacted me about, so a possibility.
Let me know if you have any other questions.

I have been having people ask about separating items so prices are below. For now I am going to try and sell materials as a bundle still. Sorry Mad Russian, I'll let you know if that changes.
Press with heat blankets, controls, molds, templates, layup table, fire hose bags. $4,800 If you don't want the molds and templates I will do $4,500. Shipping at your cost.
Materials - Base, edges, tip sapcer, random top sheet, fiberglass $700, plus the actual cost of shipping
Stone Grinder $250
Fire hose - Let me know how much you need and make an offer. Plus the actual cost of shipping.
QCM Epoxy - If you are buying materials or press in person and want it, lets say 50% 0ff, don't remember how much off the top of my head.
Let me know if anyone has any questions.

Thanks for the interest. The Materials were all sold to one buyer. Grinder might be gone, I will update when I know.
I still have the heated press and molds!! Make an offer.
I also have a 42" HP designjet 500 printer/plotter if anyone is interested. Comes with extra rolls of paper and ink. I would take $450 for it. Works great. Just don't need it anymore.

Well I decided to drop the price a bit and confirm the press size.
The interior press cavity is 100" long X 16" Wide X 10 1/4" high.
The printer sold.
How about press (with dual heat controls), grinder, molds, templates for $4000.
I would be interested in a 3hp tablesaw or maybe a 16 - 20" planner as a partial trade. Let me know what you have.
