Are there any problems on the places of transition curve? Dovetail might get dipper on the border of tip and tail if to be inattentive.

Well, that could happen. In the places where the radius of tip and tail get really tight there is no sidewall in my skis any more but thin tip/tailspacer already - no need to bevel that.

The bevel is really important where the sidewall is thick, where its thin (less than 3mm) you can just use a rough file when tuning the edges for the first time and take it off. Something like this works well for taking off plastic:

I always use this file with my sidewall edge tuner, set it to 85° and take away all plastic above the edge. Then I continue on the edge with a finer file or diamond stones and a normal tuning angle (commonly 88°). Works like a charm!

The file seems to be a useful tool. I guess my friends from the ski shop have such things.
But at the beginning I have to fix my router.
as the saying goes, first thing first
Dear pmg, thank you for good advice, I will definitely try bridge and shear the result after a while.
