Does anyone know where epoxys or any materials for the skis can be bought in the philadelphia area? or just eastern PA, NJ, NY, DE?

I can’t really help with local suppliers in your area, but you might see if there are any boat building suppliers. They carry most of the items except base and edge materials. I find the availability of materials here is very limited, so I go mail order.

Here are some places I use with great success.

www.raka.com for biaxial glass and epoxy resin.

www.resinresearch.net for epoxy resin. Their product is awesome. Great wet out properties, good UV stability, and decent price. If you really want to know more about RR product go to www.swaylocks.com (another message board) and do a search. The owner of the company is a surfer and has put up a bunch of great info on that site about his products.

you could try googling "west systems" and then calling them to see if they have a location by you to pick up some epoxy. Maybe they ship also.
