combined Y modulus

Hi guys, so I'v like to ask someone of you who is educated in this, on how to combine Y modulus of 2 materials in following cases

1) vertically laminating 2 pcs of wood. Is the combined Y modulus equal to the weighted Y modulus of each, added?
2) combining 2 composite materials on top of each other, say glass then carbon. What is the resulting Y modulus, is it again weighted and added?
