Recycle skis

I am looking for free skis with little or no damage.
I cut them in half and. Then laminate a strip of another ski into the middle, Making a fat shaped ski out of that old straite ski your mom used to ski on.
I allways scoope the ski swaps for some potental custom fatty stock.
But what would be best if I could find an old lot of skis all the same.
I'm not picky but the best is a wood cored ski.
I've made 20 pair and I have some over 100 days. loven ever minute.
