Has anyone built skiboards?

I'm planning on building a 99cm pair for my senior project, so any advice or anything? I'm planning on using a vacuum press and have all the materials together as well as the MDF for the mold, i'll probably start making the mold within the next week. If anyone has made skiboards, i'd love to see 'em. [/i]

Not yet Zackariah, but they are in my plans.
Have a look at Summit site (http://www.summitskiboards.com), they make skiboards with core made out of oak, with an oak veener top. Can give some ideas.
