Great looking cross sections! Do those test pieces have the CF? Hard to see it if it's there. Do you have a cat track? How hot are you curing, and is your layup otherwise symmetric top and bottom? You can get camber differences with temperature changes if your layup isn't the same top and bottom, ba...

The shop looks awesome!!! My shop is only about ~600 sqft, I always wish it was a little bigger. Epoxy floor makes for EASY clean-up. I did the epoxy in my shop just after we bought our house, it was an off-white color. Then last summer I had my shop fire and had to grind the floor down to concrete ...

(full disclosure, I saw the above mentioned expensive bit, and immediately ordered it... followed by the next siz...

I do 3/4 wrap. That last bit to do a perfectly-fitting full wrap can be a royal pain, once I did my first 3/4 wrap ski I never went back. I don't have any pictures of my nippers, but there's nothing special to them. Middle ground out of one jaw, the sides ground off on the other jaw, in roughly equa...

Also in one of the pictures you have five bolts holding two firehose?????????????? where only one bolt in the middle of each fire hose imo this is not enough That shouldn't be a big deal, looks like he's using angle iron, it won't flex much. If you do get any tiny leaks you can spooge some silicone...
